The challenge of creating a protective carry case for a wearable medical device is that it can be easily stored, sterilized and moisture proof to not absorb any sweat.
We created an impact-resistant thermoformed EVA case with a polyurethane anti-moisture and dirt-repelling coating.
We added a smart zipper for easy access and a sleek appearance. The inner tray is made of vacuum-formed ABS plastic to ensure the device is snug and secured.
Both exterior and interior materials are ideal for constant sterilisation.
