OR surgical headlights have a unique shape and are extremely delicate. They need a custom carrying case that conforms to that shape, as well as the different accessories that come with it. The case also need to provide ultimate protection, and to be easily cleaned to keep the OR sterilised and the patients safe.
We used rugged yet lightweight polycarbonate to create the exterior hard shell case, and a custom-molded EPP interior foam specifically designed to engulf the device’s contours and delicate accessories.
We also created a customised printed plate for easy identification.
